Plans cover a single site by default. The entry tier includes 2 GB RAM as standard, with sensible CPU and storage allocations to match. Higher tiers add more resources and support scope, but the focus stays the same: smooth daily publishing without overhead.

Plugin and theme updates, daily backups, and security hardening are included, and capacity is capped so that support remains responsive and personal.

If you outgrow your tier we’ll advise on the simplest upgrade path. Migration assistance is available on request, and if you ever decide you’d prefer an unmanaged environment, we’ll help you pivot to the right option.

Custom Hosting is for applications or workloads that don’t fit a predefined plan. It could be a framework site, a multi-component stack, or an unusual mix of requirements. We scope the resources with you, provision a stable base, and manage it day-to-day with the same care we apply to our standard services. Every deployment includes Anycast DNS, auto-renewed SSL certificates, daily backups with restore support, and 24/7 monitoring. Hosting runs on our in-house Supermicro hardware with 8 Gbps uplinks and an identical standby set for rapid failover. Capacity is capped to keep performance consistent and support responsive. If your workload grows beyond a custom plan, we’ll help you scale into VPS (Bespoke) or Dedicated infrastructure. Additional time is billed in 15-minute blocks (£20) and retained clients queue-jump ad-hoc work. Typical use includes patching, plugin updates, certificate renewals, mailbox/admin changes, light user support, and quick advice (e.g., Wi-Fi placement or a tidy migration plan).Many of the “fire-drills” we’re called to fix stem from drift: missed patches, stale plugins, untested changes, or unclear ownership.
